What payment methods does AiyoPrint.com accept?
Visa, M/C, American Express, PayPal, and corporate checks. Sorry, no personal checks (no exceptions).
How long should I expect to receive a custom quote?
Typically, one(1) business days. However, additional time will be needed for more complicated projects.
What is your deposit for custom orders?
All custom orders require a minimum of 50% deposit. Remaining balance due upon completion.
What is your order cancellation policy?
1. If you cancel an order on or before the prepress phase, you will be held responsible for the total incurred labor and material cost up until that point.

To cancel an order, you must call AiyoPrint.com (Phone: 310.442.1235) and request for cancellation. Once you have been approved for order cancellation, you must provide a cancellation letter in writing, sign, date, and fax letter to: Fax: 310.421.9202.

If your order is in press, postpress, or completed, there will be no refunds. Sorry, not exceptions.
What if I do not like what I see?
No jobs can proceed without your signed approval.

What is your turnaround time?
A typical order takes approximately 3-4 days for production. Please include 5-7 days for shipping time. Express 48 hours FedEx can be arranged upon request.
