General Guideline for File Preparation
- Your submitted file(s) must be in one of the following formats: .eps, .psd, .ai, .pdf, .tif, .jpg.
- Make sure all files and images are in CMYK mode, not RGB.
- Full Bleed: If you want to print to edge, extend artwork 1/8” beyond cut lines.
- Live Area: Keep any content that does not go to edge of paper 1/18” Inside cut lines. This will ensure specified content will not get cut.
- Set your crop marks. Crop marks are the cut line.
- Spell check.
- Outline all fonts.
- Provide all images in minimum 300 dpi for best output.
- Flatten artwork.
- Double check your print orientation: front & back, flat & folded.
- For projects with multiple pages, make sure page numbers are correct and that we understand your page numbering system.
- Do not include any unnecessary object(s) with final artwork.
- Do not include any unnecessary files.
- If printing on both sides of a sheet, 2 files are needed - 1 file per side.
- Zip all files. This will compress your submitted file(s) size and reduce the possibility for file corruption during file upload.
